14 days from delivery, in original packaging, for a full refund less the delivery charge.
Opened items
We can’t accept returns on opened mists or cleaners, for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo to [email] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you, at our cost either way.

Refunds
Back to the original payment method within [7] working days. M-Pesa refunds go to the number that paid.
